Rom are a privately owned construction company, based in the North West of England working with clients nationwide. We have a wealth of experience working on projects of all shapes and sizes ranging in value.
Managing Director
Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, commencing as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor in 1998 and working his way up through the ranks to Commercial Manager at a National Contractor working on multi million pound projects. Andrew set up Rom Construction in 2013 and is meticulous about everything, heading up the Company’s activities through the tender, design, procurement and construction stages.
When not at work Andrew can more often than not be found swimming, cycling and running and enjoys the challenge of long distance triathlons.
Director
With a Degree in Construction Management and over 20 years of experience in the industry, Damien has worked at all levels of Construction Management and has a deep understanding of Commercial and Contract Management.
Damien’s technical ability and understanding is industry leading having completed some of the most challenging structural projects London has to offer. Damien has a keen eye for detail, combined with his exceptional Project Management skills that lead to a successful project completion and happy Client.
Office Manager
Debbie joined Rom in 2018 and is an extremely valuable member of the head office team, liaising with site management and the accounts department, managing the administration side of the business and the varied purchasing activities.
A regular gym and sports enthusiast herself, Debbie’s weekends are busy supporting her two sons who play football and cricket.
HSEQ Manager
Angie joined ROM in 2018 with over 10 years experience as a Health & Safety Consultant. Angie is a Graduate Member of IOSH currently working towards her Chartered Membership. Angie’s positive and practical approach to health and safety is invaluable and she works closely with the Directors to ensure they comply with their legal obligations under Health and Safety law.
In her spare time Angie is busy looking after her 3 sons, and has a love for travelling and visiting new places.
Site Manager
Adrian is one of our most experienced site managers and with over 40 years of experience in the industry he brings a wealth of knowledge and a very keen eye for detail. Adrian has a can-do attitude and works on a wide variety projects across many of the different sectors.
Adrian appreciates good craftsmanship and precision engineering and can fix just about anything!
Site Supervisor
Alan joined Rom Construction in 2016 and is a key part of our site team, supervising commercial fit-out projects all over the UK. With a background in plumbing Alan has had an expansive career in the construction industry and possesses over 30 year of experience.
Alan is an avid football fan. Being from Manchester….. a true blue!

Alan joined Rom Construction in 2013 and is another key member of the site team. Alan works on numerous commercial and domestic projects around the UK.
Alan is a keen caravanner and is often found battling the English summer weather, consoled by his favourite pint, ‘probably the best beer in the world’!
