Rom Construction – Protecting it’s Most Valuable Assets

The Coronavirus Pandemic has presented challenges on an un-precedented scale for every business on the planet.  Operating in safe environments is not only essential to conform to legislation but also to prevent the spread of the virus.

As we adapt to the new normal safety is our number one priority.  The health of the nation is fundamentally linked to the heart of the wider economy.

At Rom Construction safety measures and procedures to protect people from Covid19 are front and centre of our entire operation.

The measures we have introduced include risk assessments, maintaining social distancing of 2 metres wherever possible and at least 1 metre where the mitigation of risk is acceptable and the introduction of cleaning and hygiene stations.

In addition we have introduced regular ‘tool box talks’ to brief our team on Covid19 safety procedures and Andrew Hilton, our Construction Director has been keeping fully up to date with latest guidance and regulations by attending HSE lead courses on Covid19 secure workplaces specifically relating to the construction sector.
